Easy Overnight Bread
This bread is super easy to make. No kneading. Just mix and let sit overnight

Ingredients
- 3 cups All Purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp yeast
- 1.5 cups Warm water
Instructions
- In a large bowl, stir in the flour, salt, yeast and water until combined. Cover with plastic wrap. Let sit at room temperature for 8-24 hours
- Turn dough out onto a well-floured 12" square parchment paper and form a ball
- Rest for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, place Dutch oven into the oven and preheat to 450 degrees
- Use a sharp or serrated knife to cut an "X" on top of the bread. Transfer to baking dish by lifting the corners of the parchment paper and cover
- Bake covered 30 minutes. Uncover and bake about 15 more minutes until quite golden brown
- Cool before slicing

If you don’t have a dutch oven use a pot with high walls and a lid
